[+]  What do I need to do to be tax-exempt?

If you are eligible for tax exemption on re-saleable or packaging items, meet with our customer service staff. They can help ensure you have the proper documentation.

[+]  Can I set up a charge account?

Yes, large accounts only can be set up as part of the Shamrock Foods charge account. Please talk to our customer service department for further information.

[+]  Do I need a card to shop at Shamrock Foodservice Warehouse?

No membership or warehouse card is required to shop with us. However, large-scale, frequent customers are assigned an account number to insure they receive all the benefits.

[+]  Is shopping at Shamrock Foods Foodservice Warehouse different than shopping at a regular grocery store?

No. It’s very similar, only with a much larger variety of products and potential savings. Shop like you would in a normal grocery store. Pick up a cart outside the store, shop at your own pace, and pay for your purchase when you leave. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash and all electronically approved checks. We do not accept personal checks.

[+]  What are your hours?

We’re open to businesses and event planners, 7 days a week to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. We are open Monday – Saturday, 6am – 8pm. Sunday, 7am – 7pm

And you will find that our parking and store access are all very convenient.

[+]  Do you have specials?

Yes, constantly. We can email or mail you our bi-monthly promotions. We also have weekly in-store specials to save you money. Plus we have all the items you need at reasonable prices. [+]  Can anyone shop at Shamrock Foodservice Warehouse or just foodservice professionals?

Anyone can shop at our warehouse. We carry a variety of items at a good value that are specifically stocked for the needs of the foodservice industry. Our warehouse caters to small businesses, weddings, local organizations, groups and individuals; you name it. We are here to solve your food supply needs.

[+]  How do I find the price on an item?

The prices are clearly displayed on the shelf or on displays. You will not have to search for codes or calculate the cost.

[+]  As a warehouse that serves the foodservice industry, do you only sell items in large quantities? And do customers only receive discounts by purchasing their items in bulk?

No and no. We carry large quantities of items for large wholesale foodservice operations such as restaurants and cafeterias. While our products are packaged for large purchases and come in crates, you do not have to buy a crate of single items to get the discount. You can purchase items individually. At Shamrock Foods Foodservice Warehouse, there are no membership fees to pay. And because you serve yourself, there are no delivery charges or sales commissions.

Yes, we have full cases of most products. Just ask an associate when you are at the store and they will be happy to direct you.

[+]  What types of products are available at Shamrock Foods Foodservice Warehouse?

We have more than 6,000 products in stock including, food equipment and supplies, frozen food, candy and snacks, bakery items and so much more. Because we carry the leading foodservice brands as well leading national brands, you can select the price and quality you need. We sell items by the case and individually. Food safety is extremely important to us and to our customers. Please see our Quality Assurance page for full details. We have select associates who are ServSafe certified so that you know your food is being handled correctly. And our equipment and supplies are all NSF certified.
