Is My Store Savings available in all stores?

No. My Store Savings is available at our Phoenix and El Paso stores only – and coming soon to Albuquerque, Fort Collins and Denver stores.

Who is this program for?

The My Store Savings Loyalty program is for everyone who shops at Shamrock Foodservice Warehouse. Once enrolled, you can get great savings on weekly featured items and special promotional offers.

Does this program cost anything?

The My Store Savings Loyalty program does not cost anything. Simply enroll at the customer service desk, receive your My Store Savings card and start saving on weekly featured items and special promotional offers.

Can I charge to my Shamrock Foods account using this card?

Yes, if you are a Shamrock Foods broadline customer you will be able to charge to your Shamrock Foods charge account using your My Store Savings card when shopping in store. To maintain the security of your charge account, additional steps for verification will still be taken.

What do I need to open an account?

Everyone who shops the Shamrock Foodservice Warehouse is eligible for the My Store Savings card. You only need to have an valid email address to set up your My Store Savings card and start saving today!

I already have a preferred customer card. How is this different?

The Preferred Customer card is being transitioned to the new My Store Savings Loyalty card. With the My Store Savings card, you’ll enjoy exclusive savings on weekly featured items and receive special promotional offers on the brands you love. If you are a Shamrock Foods broadline customer, you will still be able to enjoy easy purchasing with your My Store Savings card linked directly to your Shamrock Foods account.

Does this program require membership at Shamrock Foodservice Warehouse?

The My Store Savings Loyalty program does not require membership at Shamrock Foodservice Warehouse and there are no membership fees to participate. Simply enroll at the Customer Service desk to receive your My Store Savings card and start saving on weekly featured items and special promotional offers.

How often can I use my card and get savings on featured items of the week?

Your My Store Savings Loyalty card should be used every time you shop at Shamrock Foodservice Warehouse. If your basket includes any of the weekly featured items and/or special promotional offers, you may take advantage of the savings every time you shop – unless a purchase limit is specifically noted in the advertisement.

Do I have to show this card each time I shop?

Yes, you will need to show your My Store Savings card or provide your phone number associated with your My Store Savings card each time you shop.

I am no longer a broadline customer, can I still use the My Store Savings card at Shamrock Foodservice Warehouse?

While we would love to retain the business of all our broadline customers, if you are no longer receiving Shamrock Foods broadline deliveries you are still welcome to shop and save at Shamrock Foodservice Warehouse. We are open to the public and no membership fees are required.

What if I don’t have an email address at the time of enrollment?

An email address is required for enrollment in the My Store Savings Loyalty program.

How do I cancel my membership for My Store Savings?

While we believe you will receive tremendous value from your My Store Savings membership and encourage you to maintain it to receive savings on weekly featured items and special promotional offers – you can visit the Customer Service desk at your local Shamrock Foodservice Warehouse and request to be removed from the My Store Savings program at any time.

Will my Preferred Customer card information automatically be transferred to the “My Store Savings card?

Yes and No. The My Store Savings Loyalty program requires more information than the previous Preferred Customer card, so the additional required information would be “added” to your current profile and you can update any of the current information, if needed. It only takes a few minutes to complete the form and you can complete your profile in-store to start saving today!

What if I don’t want to receive marketing emails?

By joining the My Store Savings loyalty program, you opted in to receive communications, including emails about weekly featured items and special offers. Members may unsubscribe at any time; however, because My Store Savings communicates primarily via email, you will no longer be notified about savings, offers and other program benefits.
