Frozen Banana Cereal Pop
Ingredients:
- ¾ cup vanilla yogurt
- 2 cups Cocoa Pebbles cereal
- 4 medium bananas, peeled and cut crosswise in half (Use bananas that are ripe and sweet but still firm.)
- 8 wooden pop sticks
To Make:
Place Yogurt and cereal in separate bowls. Insert pop sticks through cut side of bananas. Dip bananas in yogurt, then roll in cereal to coat. Transfer to waxed paper-lined baking sheets.
Freeze until firm, about 1 hour. Transfer to airtight freezer containers and return pops to freezer.
Frozen Berry & Yogurt Swirls
Ingredients:
- 10 plastic or paper cups (3 ounces each)
- 2 ¾ cups fat-free honey Greek yogurt
- 1 cup mixed fresh berries
- ¼ cup water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 10 wooden pop sticks
To Make:
Fill each cup with about ¼ cup yogurt. Place berries, water and sugar in food processor and pulse until berries are finely chopped. Spoon 1 ½ tablespoons berry mixture into each cup. Stir gently with a pop stick to swirl.
Top cups with foil; insert pop sticks through foil. Freeze until firm.
Orange Cream Pops
Ingredients:
- 1 package (3 ounces) orange gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- ½ cup Shamrock Farms 2% Milk
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 10 freezer pop molds or 10 paper cups (3 ounces each) with wooden pop sticks
To Make:
In a large bowl dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Cool to room temperature. Stir in yogurt, milk and vanilla. Pour ¼ cup mixture into each mold or paper cup. Top molds with holders. If using cups, top with foil and insert pop sticks through foil. Freeze until firm.
